Exchange and Return
Strictly no return or exchange unless there are defects in the product / products and the attention should be informed to us no longer than 30 days. This does not apply to rings & items of clothing where you can exchange the item if the size does not fit. No returns for items that are sold.
All refunds regarding delivery times within our delivery policy or if you ordered the wrong product will be refused.
When the item has been returned to us, SOS reserves the right to allow exchange/return or not. Any request for exchange or refund after 14 days of delivery will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with its original tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
If there is a defect in the product, SOS will send out a new product at our expense.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no returns are granted (if applicable). Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts can be returned after proof is sent to us.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed within a certain number of days.
